Being a visual storyteller in Channel-i for the last 18 years and before that I had worked in a Bengali Daily, The Daily Sangbad for a year as a Staff Reporter, I can claim myself as a Senior Communication Specialist Development Program Specialist so that I can connect the greater audience with your activities. I’d love to make a bridge between Policymakers, implementing partners and the ultimate beneficiaries highlighting success stories, social media posts, newspaper reports, features, opinion editorials and other possible communication products ensuring alignment with the concerned Governments. As a part of my daily work, I produce news reports for Channel-i audience, make contents for Channel-i YouTube and Facebook pages. Usually, I work as a producer of three members team- Videographer, Video editor and myself within the country. But when I am in a foreign tour to cover an assignment, I need to play the role of a cameraman, a video editor and a reporter. In addition to my daily job as a Special Correspondent and Business Editor, I need to play the role of a talk show host or anchor various tv programs. Just for info, I am a member of National Press Club, Dhaka Reporters’ Unity DRU, Economic Reporters’ Forum ERF, Dhaka Union of Journalists DUJ and the elected member of Khulna Divisional Journalists Forum KDJF.
